Shipping and Delivery

Where do we ship to?

We ship to anywhere within the European Union – including:
Poland, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway.

Can I choose to ship with any logistics company?

Currently we are partnering with apaczka.pl. We will choose the best shipping option for you based on your location. In Poland we work with DPD, DHL, GLS and InPost.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your chosen method of delivery. You can check out shipping options and their prices while finalizing your order.

How quickly can items be shipped?

Total shipping time is between 3-6 business days.

What will happen to my package if I’m unable to receive it?

If your package cannot be delivered the first time, depending on your chosen courier company, delivery can be attempted again or will be left at a designated pick up point. Your transport company will contact you to let you know how you can receive the package.

What if my package gets lost?

First you must alert your delivery company – you will need to start the claims process so that the lost package can be formally noted and so that we can take care of your issue. Then if the items you ordered are available, we will ship them to you again within 24 hours.

Payments

Which payment cards can I use?

We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Can I pay upon delivery?

In our store we have four methods of payment available: Bank transfer, payment card, Przelewy24 and PayPal. Currently we do not allow payment upon delivery. We provide the most popular and easiest forms of payment in order to speed up the purchasing process and returns if a return is necessary. A wedding dress is a unique product and we know that if it doesn’t fit or work for you then you want to be able to buy the next one as quickly as possible.

Returns

Can I return items I’ve purchased?

Yes. You have 14 days to return unused items. (All labels must remain intact and attached to the items in the same place they were when you received them). 14 days is counted from the day you received the package. More information can be found here Returns and exchanges.

Do I have to cover the costs of return shipping?

Yes. You choose the method of shipping on your own. We recommend apaczka.pl where you’ll find different shipping companies and good prices.

Do I need to specially prepare a package for return?

Everything that you need to return a package can be found inside the original package. It’s enough that put everything back into a new foil covering (included in the box).

Products

Do the pictures represent the real item I will receive at home?

Yes! In our photo sessions we’ve used exactly the same products we sell in our store, the same ones that you can receive at home. Some shades of colors may appear differently at home based on lighting and the device on which you are viewing the pictures. This is unfortunately out of our hands, but we suggest taking a look at the pictures on different devices in case you’ve any doubts.

I’m not sure of the sizing, should I pick an item that’s slightly larger or smaller?

This depends on your plans for the next few days. A larger size can be hemmed, but a smaller size will need to be dropped a bit.

Can any tailor manage to adjust the dress?

Any experienced tailor should not have any trouble adjusting the dress to fit you. We suggest using the services of a trusted and/or highly recommended tailor so that you can be certain that everything will go according to plan.
