Delivery
We work with many shipping companies – based on your own knowledge and experience, we give you the freedom to choose a trusted delivery option, or follow our suggestion based on your location. Our products are securely packed so that your special delivery will be 100% safe.
Standard delivery is between 3 and 6 business days. This is the time necessary for payments to go through, packages to be prepared and delivered to your door.
After leaving our warehouse, your package can be tracked. That very second, you’ll get a notification via email with a link to track your package through apaczka.pl.
Lara Levai works with apaczka.pl. In our store we recommend the best shipping company for you, but the choice is yours as to which one works best for you. We recommend choosing a trusted courier company based on your location.
Prices do not include shipping – it will be added during checkout and will be clearly marked before you confirm your order. Shipping costs vary according to the shipping method, delivery location, as well as the cost and size of the order.
Payment Methods
We offer several of the most popular payment methods. You can choose whichever way works best for you.
Pay with a quick money transfer over the internet, choosing your bank or typing in your card number. Then you are moved over to the Przelewy24 system which will guide you through the next steps. Immediately after your payment goes through you’ll be informed about the status of your order.
PayPal allows you to quickly pay or receive a return payment if you decide to return an item. This is the quickest method of payment, but you need to have a PayPal account to use it.
Pay by VISA or MasterCard
This is unfortunately the slowest method of payment. You can send money via a normal bank transfer. However, only after the money arrives on the other end can we send your items to you. Your order will be held for five business days after you place it.
