Returns
If the style or size of an item is not right for you, it can easily be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items will be accepted for return under the condition that they remain unused, and that all tags have not been removed or destroyed. Please remember to return items in the same packaging you received them, that way they’ll remain safe during transport.
Exchanges
Directly exchanging a product is not possible. You must first return one item and then order a new one.

In your package, you’ll find a return form. Fill out all the required fields and place it in the box. If you make a mistake while filling out the form, no worries. You can always download it here, print it out and fill it out again.
Repackage the products
Remember that in order to return products you must return them the way you received them. Each dress is sent with a hanger and garment bag. All accessories must be included in the returned package.
Pack the box into the foil covering
Inside the box you’ll find a second foil covering which must go over the return package. Remember to pack all the items into the box first. That way we can avoid any damage that may occur during shipping.
Send the package back via the same courier you received it. We are partnering with apaczka.pl, allowing you to access the best prices, and they offer many different shipping options. If you would like to, you can also take advantage of their services.

The process for getting your money back will begin when we receive the package. When it arrives at our headquarters, you will get a money transfer to the bank account indicated on your form within about 14 business days.
